Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer after 4 years as a call-centre agent

My unemployment benefits end in 21 weeks and I have not found work as a call-centre agent. I am in Fresno, in case local advice matters. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. What did you do after benefits ran out?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
