Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer after 12 years as a customer-service rep

My unemployment benefits end in 14 weeks and I have not found work as a customer-service rep. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am willing to take a temporary job. Did you find short-term work?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
