I exhausted my benefits and have 12 interviews lined up. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. What did you do after benefits ran out?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.

Call 211 to hear about emergency help with rent or utilities in your area. The list was longer than I expected.
