Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer

My unemployment benefits end in 23 weeks and I have not found work as a nurse's aide. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Where did you get help with bills?

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
