Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer

My unemployment benefits end in 4 weeks and I have not found work as a line cook. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Did you find short-term work?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
