Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer - 4 months and counting

My unemployment benefits end in 8 weeks and I have not found work as a school bus driver. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have savings for about a month. Where did you get help with bills?

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
