Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer - 12 months and counting

I exhausted my benefits and have 16 interviews lined up. It has been a long 11 weeks. I am willing to take a temporary job. What did you do after benefits ran out?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.

Food pantries and community kitchens helped us stretch the budget. No shame in using them.
