Benefits are ending soon and I have no offer - 10 months and counting

My unemployment benefits end in 10 weeks and I have not found work as an IT help-desk technician. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
