Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - what worked for you?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
