Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - what worked for you?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Hartford, in case local advice matters. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
