Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - what worked for you?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been weighing on me all week. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
