Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - what worked for you?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
