Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (update)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an office manager. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
