Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (update)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a payroll clerk. Any experience at all would help. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
