Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (update)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Atlanta, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
