Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (update)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a bank teller. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?
