Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (update)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a call-centre agent. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
