Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (update)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
