Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (update)

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
