Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (update)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
