Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (update)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
