Work-from-home support roles hiring this month, store manager here

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a store manager. It has been a long 17 weeks. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
