Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Sacramento)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a social media manager. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
