Work-from-home support roles hiring this month, recruiter here

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a recruiter. It has been a long 10 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
