Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Raleigh)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
