Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Phoenix)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an administrative assistant. Any experience at all would help. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
