Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Milwaukee)

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
