Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Madison)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a quality inspector. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
