Work-from-home support roles hiring this month, machine operator here

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
