Work-from-home support roles hiring this month, logistics coordinator here

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a logistics coordinator. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
