Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Jacksonville)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a graphic designer. It has been a long 14 weeks. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?
