Work-from-home support roles hiring this month, insurance claims processor here

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an insurance claims processor. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?
