Work-from-home support roles hiring this month, insurance claims processor here

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
