Work-from-home support roles hiring this month, home health aide here

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
