Work-from-home support roles hiring this month, graphic designer here

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a graphic designer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
