Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - first time posting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been a long 14 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Read reviews from current staff on job-review sites before you accept.
