Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - first time posting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been a long 22 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
