Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - first time posting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an event coordinator. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
