Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - first time posting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
