Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - first time posting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a dental hygienist. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
