I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an event coordinator. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
