Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - first time posting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a recruiter. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
