Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - first time posting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a pharmacy technician. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?
