Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - first time posting

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
