Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - first time posting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They use a short typing and listening test.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
