Work-from-home support roles hiring this month - first time posting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a graphic designer. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
