Work-from-home support roles hiring this month

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a janitorial supervisor. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
