Work-from-home support roles hiring this month

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
