Work-from-home support roles hiring this month

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I worked as a data-entry clerk before this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
