Work-from-home support roles hiring this month (Denver)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I worked as a production planner before this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
